CANCELLATION POLICY

 We kindly request a booking deposit of $100 for all appointments. The booking fee is automatically credited to your account and comes off from the total treatment cost.

Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

In case of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment), the booking fee will be forfeited and you will need to pay another full deposit for another appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment then please provide 48 hours notice. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice then a $50 cancellation fee will be added to your following appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled within a 30 day period.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, please come to your appointment alone. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. If you attend and do not advise that you are unwell but are showing symptoms of being sick you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be cancelled. Please note this will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit & you will have to pay another full deposit for a new appointment. 

Please note, if you are rude, disrespectful, aggressive or the like, Glow Studio Perth has the right to refuse service.  If an incident occurs, you will be asked to leave and will no longer be taken on as a Glow Studio Perth client.

Please also note, at this current time Glow Studio Perth is not accepting male clients.
